Work Description: Overdue bill $620 for installing substandard door of wrong depth and used moldings. Company did not respond to multiple inquiries.

Comments: According to contractual agreement to install 32 x 80 Belleville fiberglass solid door, a defective JELD-WEN door was installed without disclosure and consent.
Substitute materials were used of different colors assembled with inadequate skills and with disregard to visual appearance. The company did not respond to repeated request to comply with NH RSA 359-G Dispute Resolution Statute. We are in the process of legal action against CR Nolte for collection.

Work Description: Outside door replacement.
Inside door and drywall.

Comments: Informed the company about NH RSA 359-G Dispute Resolution. The outside door appears reused, different moldings outside the frame, different on the top of the frame. Scratches and abrasions visible. Threshold narrow extended with PVC and patched with silicon. Drywall joints cracked, uneven, gaps left unfinished. Workmanlike quality missing.

Comments: Chris was on time, did excellent work at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely hire for future projects.
