Work Description: service to dead circuit affecting eight outlets.
Comments: I had given up after five days. we had replaced all the outlets and the service panel GFI. Used networx on Sunday afternoon. Ed Conte called me about 15 minutes later. He spent twenty minutes with me on the phone talking me through all possible fixes. He really tried. Finally we decided he would have to come out. Ed came in the evening since my wife and I work and he wanted to get our electric fixed for us as soon as possible. He took his time and figured it all out one outlet at a time. In an hour it was all fixed. He repaired and replaced everything and explained what he was doing the whole time. He even replaced the old and working GFI so I could return the expensive one I had just bought. His fee was completely reasonable and so much less than we thought it would be, considering the extent of the problem. I cannot tell you enough how amazing Conte Electric was. Prompt, helpful, courteous, friendly, accommodating, and honest. It is such a relief to know there is an electrician out there that we know we can trust. We have already planned two more projects that we will be calling Ed for.
