Work Description: Matt and Rick removed an existing 65' x 15' pre-fab roof overhang and replaced it with a vaulted bead board shed roof type overhang which included lighting, ceiling fans and sky lights. An existing brick wall was removed in the same area, electrical lines buried, and cables rerouted.
Comments: Matt and RIck are perfectionists, from getting the work done right, communicating with the client to cleaning up at the end of each day. Their price was slightly higher than other bids but the quality of the workmanship and overall competancy was well worth it.Highly recommend!

Comments: I no longer get multiple bids for any of our contractor needs when it comes to home renovation. CHL will not be your low bid; it will not be your high one, either. It will, however, be the best choice. Matt and Rick are personable, reliable, honest and when the need to sub out a trade happens, they know and deal with only the best. This group is fully capable of a quality and timely turn-key job.

Work Description: Replaced a 25 year old deck; totally remodeled a bathroom, including removing Jacuzzi tub, replacing it with large tiled shower, new floor, sinks, etc. -
Comments: These guys are great! They are honest, dependable, thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, were very respectful of time (we needed the bathroom to be finished as quickly as possible, and they kept a very tight schedule), neater than anyone we've ever had working on the house - cleaned, vacuumed, removed all tools, etc. every day when they left. I've referred them to numerous friends and neighbors and they've all raved about them.-
