Interior Procedure:

Move furniture and pictures from walls
Repair and texture any drywall damage
Prime repaired areas
Caulk all cracks around windows and baseboards
Cover all counters with masking paper and floor with drop clothes
Cut and roll all walls and doors with 100% premium acrylic paint
Remove all masking materials
Put pictures and furniture back in place

Power wash all exterior surfaces.
Move all rock/dirt from wall 1" down
Wire brush/scrape all loose paint
Caulk around all doors and windows
Patch stucco where needed
Mask all windows, pavement, light, etc.
Prime bare wood and stucco repaired areas
Paint all surfaces premium 100% acrylic paint
Remove all masking, and rake all rocks and dirt back
Touch up where needed
