Work Description: Changed out nine lighting tubes to LED
Comments: Tim, the bidder was excellent. He was honest and straight from the beginning. His employee, who actually did that work, when he finally got there, was very good at his job. But, he missed his first time line, and had to be coerced into making a later one, via phone, as he didn't have the right equipment with him and wanted to put the work off until the next day after we had waited all day for his arrival, when he was aware of the job needs in advance according to his boss. Additionally, he brought only nine tubes, and one was faulty. But he used one we had in possession to finish the job. Employee was respectful of our property and was zealous to please us when he got here.Eatonville WA

Work Description: Tim had to troubleshoot an electrical problem in my home. I did not have power in two of the three levels of my home.
Comments: After Tim identified my electrical problem, he patiently explained the issue and what I could do to prevent the problem in the future. He was able to restore my electricity quickly and was very professional in every way. Work Description: Two outlets that failed, installed two dimmer switches, fixed faulty wiring in two rooms.
Comments: This was one of the most amaizing experiences I have had with a true professional, he was on time, polite and respectful toward my family and pets, he was quick to diagnose the problem and didn't charge more for an evening call.
