Work Description: concrete pads and driveway
Comments: Jesse Billafranco doing business as Billafranco Concrete Service gives a good sales pitch on his capabilities to do concrete work, but buyer BEWARE, this guy is far from being professional. We contracted him to do several concrete pads and driveway and he repeatedly tried to cut corners using the wrong size rebar, incorrect spacing, inadequate bracing, and incorrect dimension (angled and wavy). Nothing was performed to code and he intentionally tried to cover it up with concrete before we would see it. I would not recommend him for even the smallest of jobs. After we decided to cut ties with him, even though he came nowhere close to completing the job, we attempted to negotiate a pro-rated amount for the work he had done (even though the initial deposit was for materials). We once again saw his lack of professionalism by his refusal to come to a fair agreement and his choice to keep all the money. Work Description: We enclosed our courtyard, and needed some stucco work done for small area.
Comments: WHAT A MESS!!! He fooled me, he seemed like he knew what he was doing, it was getting late and couldn't complete job, but assured me that he would be back in the morning (Sunday). Yeah, right!!! Ive called, texted and NOTHING! Guess he was too busy spending the $500.00 he'd charged me. DON't WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!-
