Comments: I want to thank you for being sooo responsive in my time of need. I was freaking out late last night when I left you a message for garage door repair. You returned my call soon after my call and made an appointment for the next morning (today). I was shocked.As I explained, my kitchen remodel starts on Tuesday (tomorrow) and all the essentials have been delivered and are now stuck in the garage. You came this morning and even nicely told me that the springs for my door were "wrong" from a previous repair company. They needed to be replaced. I was not happy because I heard that before from another company and was told that I needed to change to the current springs.
You calmly explained and said how I can test the door pressure and how it should never be a struggle to hand open. Plus, you guaranteed the work in writing and explained all costs and left me your contact info in case there are any future issues with the work or the door. The door works fine now and far less noisy.
Things are looking a little better now although I am still anxious about the 6 week kitchen remodel starting tomorrow. But, the door is fine and I am very pleased with the service from you and Bell Garage Door Services.
