Owner and operator, Jim Johns, is a licensed North Carolina building contractor as well as a real estate broker and developer. He has been building in Wake County and surrounding areas for over 30 years. A native of Carteret County, Jim moved to Raleigh, N.C., in 1984, bringing his experiences of coastal building to the Piedmont area.
