Work Description: To date this contractor has not stained my deck. I paid him one third of the agreed price and have not seen him since. What do I do?
Comments: I think I have been scammed. Contractor came out, looked at my deck and we agreed on a price. I gave him one third of the price upfront and I have not seen him since although he has promised to come out and do the work. Since you recommended him, what do I do?-
