Comments: THIEF. I paid a deposit for a driveway, backyard grading and grill pad/walkway, and was promised a quick start for an 8 day job. Victor Serrano Flores then disappeared and gave me a summer's worth of excuses, and ultimately stopped returning my phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be taking him to court. Work Description: Retaining wall, leveling my garage and brick post redo.
Comments: Victor Flores Serrano said the job will take 3-4 weeks to complete. But in fact it took 3-4 months to finish. After it was done, fencing company came to do their job and was told the retaining wall was hollow inside and they will not be about to do the fence on top. I had to call Victor back according to our contract he was suppose to place concrete inside the retaining wall. Then it took another 3 weeks to fill a few sections of the wall with gravel mixed concrete. The rest of the wall it’s infilled and could crack. Then my garage is leveled with 8 inch open gap. And my brick post patchup is already lose. But payed for a new brick post. This is the type of work Victor Flores Serrano does. Now he tells me he is so busy he has no time for me.Alexandria VA

Work Description: Concrete Driveways/Floors - Install
Comments: This was my personal experience:We fired this contractor because of poor job performance on our project. They were unreliable and didn't follow the plans and specifications.
When they did work they showed up late and never worked a full day on our driveway. Many of the workers who did show up, were poorly informed as to what needed to be done and were ill equipped to work.
They were also many other problems we had with the quality of their work and job performance.
We ultimately fired them because they became unreliable and we completely lost confidence in them to properly finish the project.
