Work Description: Exterior repair to wood paneling on storage building. Cut 16" of bottom off paneling, replaced with new, put metal facing, caulked, added facing board. Looks great, took care of wood rot for the future.

Work Description: I could not be happier with the work that Andy, and his associate, Ted, did for me. I had quite a few tasks to do and Andy did them all for me, including going the extra mile to do extra things that I didn't have on my list. He did brick work on my underpinning, tore the rotten facial board off my house and replaced it with new wood, painted the house, put furniture together for me, restored my utility building, plus other tasks. He came immediately when I called and finished my projects right away when others I called failed me and some didn't even show up. I am ecstatic over the quality of work and Andy's promptness in completing the job. I will be recommending him to all who need work done.

Work Description: Scraped, sanded and painted door frame; fixed broken lock, and adjusted hardware for mailbox
Comments: Andy did an excellent job on my door frame. The sun had caused the paint to blister up and peel. There were several layers of paint that had been put on it previously without scraping off the old paint first. However, Andy scraped, sanded, and put on a primer. Then he added several coats of paint to make it look presentable again. A neighbor looked at it yesterday and said it looked great.He also fixed a broken lock on my storm door and moved the hardware that was holding my old mailbox to accommodate a new one.
Andy is a very conscientious worker who goes the extra mile to ensure costumer satisfaction. Thanks, Andy, for a job well done and for doing the work within just a few days after I had contacted you.

Comments: Andy and his crew are fantastic. They worked nonstop from 8:45 am to 10:15 pm to get everything done in one day. I have never heard of a crew working that late. Andy gave me a price and stuck to it, he said even if they found complications - which is certainly common in an old house like this - he would not charge me extra. All of his crew were very polite and I never felt talked down to. We discussed several other projects around the house. I highly reccommend him!Eden NC

Work Description: Had a "soft spot" in the floor of a single wide mobile home I rent out and needed it fixed.
Comments: Andy drove 55 miles to get to me - had it fixed in an hour or so and was on his way ... also - I was going to get him to enlarge a double sliding door that goes out onto my deck from a 77 high to an 80" but he "educated me" that what I wanted to do would have compromised the intergity of the back wall as it would not have been enough support for the roof rafter.
