Hello Mrs Bryant I'm litte confused about this situation, I do recall going out to your place of residence and doing a complete diagnostic on AC unit for upstairs only. I do recall you had an AC technician out there and he said it was an electrical issue. Well after we did our diagnosis we determine it was a fuse and thermostat that went bad we replace both items. AC came on we turned in our invoice you signed and agreed to pay the 245.00. I received a Call from you 2 days later saying your down stairs unit had gone out which we were schedule to go out there the same day but some one called our office and cancelled. As a business owner it would be in my best interest to reimburse you all materials if your satisfied with that, we do not run our company in that form of matter to scam or steal from anyone.
