Comments: The owner came out and gave us an estimate of $850 to replace some missing shingles and then we never heard from him again. Don't believe the "no job is too big or too small" slogan. Even at this exorbitant price, our roof repair wasn't worth his time.

Work Description: Put on a new patio roof.
Comments: Didnt show up on time or even the right day. Told me they were finished and I paid them and then told me they had to come back because they lost one of my roof tiles. So I went out to look they left nails sticking out all over. They said they would cut them off when they come back. That was on Thursday. Said they would be back Fri. Called them Fri said they would be here Sat morning. I called them Sat they said they would be here Mon. We shall see???

Work Description: Cleaned roof of accumulated leaves in roof valleys, scrape off moss, apply homeowner-purchased product for stain removal.
Comments: Contractor was flexible in his pricing and finished project quickly. Only one small issue - he was to call me back about doing to job on the weekend, I didn't hear from him, and he showed up on Saturday and started work when I wasn't there. Neighbor got in touch with me to let me know. I would likely hire him again.-
