Work Description: Professional, efficient. Roderick followed up with us afterwards. We're pleased with the unit.
Comments: Roderick was confident the house didn't need as large a unit as others had quoted, which helped bring the price down. Some misunderstanding about price (had to be cash for discount price=mad scramble to the bank), but it worked out.

Comments: Rodrick is wonderful. He is always on time, a good technician, and is honest about his service. When he comes in to the house, he always wears what he needs.
