Now that the work is just about done, Karen and i just wanted to drop you a short note about "Fred" jaraha of Acute building Construction,LLc. Fred was referred to us by your salespeople.
After reviewing our inital ideas on how to upgrade and modernize our master bathroom, Fred made some terrific suggestions. We incorporated most of his ideas, and without substantially going over our original budget. Fred made sure that the work done was structurally sound, even bring a structurale engineer onto the job during construction to confirm whether the floor was able to support the weight of our new hot tub. (It wasn't.) He made the needed structural changes without charging us for them, although we're sure the added cost weren't in his plans.
Fred also made sure that we were always satisfied with the quality of his work, His constant reworking of each aspect of the job, to ensure that it was done properly, gave us the assurance the whole job was done well. Even his subcontractors grudgingly noted his attention to detail.
It is a pleasure to deal with people like Fred, who adopt really high standards and then go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Our finshed bathroom certainly shows in the quality of his workmanship and concern, as well as in the plumbing fixtures we purchased from Joffe Plumbing.
