Work Description: To repair a Rheem Hot Water Heater
Comments: This company owner came to diagnose the reason why my Hot Water Heater was not producing hot water. He told me the cause and told me the cost. I paid him in full by check and he did not finish the job. I called and called he did not call for four days. He claimed that he went out of town and thought the job was done by his worker. He then told me he would come to finish the job on the next day at 9:30am; at 9:15 he called to tell me he needed additional money, I told him no I had already paid him in full, he said he needed to return my money, I agreed with him. He told me he would be at my home by 3pm with the money; about 2:30 a female called to tell me that I needed to call his attorney, because he was not coming. I asked to speak with the owner and she said he was busy, I tried calling back again and just like the last four days before no answer. This company have caused me so much frustration and anxiety. I can't and will never be able to understand why this happened.-
