Work Description: Sand stain and poly wood floors
Comments: Would not recommend. Challenged by meeting basic standards of work. Is unable to properly manage his business funding. Tim has difficulty remembering communication accurately. Lots of errors, always someone else's fault.. which wastes time and materials. The work product is a 6 after multiple re-dos, on a scale of 10 being the best. He threatens Mechanics Liens. Makes statesments like "your boss better have my money tomorrow" even though the work is not complete and sub par. And says things like "you're rich, I don't have anything" if you decide to give him work, be prepared for remorse and drama.Bronx NY

Work Description: Mobile home flooring.
Comments: These people are not only rude, but very unprofessional. They dealt with my wife, due to my working hours. They gave an estimate, stating much more work, than was done. They work off of someone elses lic, and way overcharge. They left the job undone, for an extra week, in order to get more money to complete it. When they returned, my wife stated how we were not pleased with the way they handled any part of this business transaction, and they stormed off of the job, with our money, and an unfinished floor. I am seriously considering taking then to small claims court. Stay far away from these rip off's!-
