Work Description: Heating n Air Unit
Comments: My unit needs to be fixed correctly. I don't care what the problem is. I didn't give y'all 2800.00 for the unit not to work and y'all continuously coming back to my house. I could have gotten window units for cheaper and they would work..I'M VERY VERY PISSED. I have all the text messages from the 1st day encountering a problem, 7 days after new unit was placed in my house.I used these people last year to replace my inside unit. They have been out 3 times to fix problem. Every time I change from heat to air or air to heat for some reason the system doesn't switch over. I had my prior air conditioning system for 18 years and never once did the company have to keep coming over. 2000.00-3000.00 is a lot for this system not to be controlled by me. I went with small owned business to support, but I wish I would have followed my first mind. Heater thermostat is on 75, but the temperature is 66 in home. I should no thave to keep calling. This is a new unit.

It's 445 56 outside and 61 in my house. I'm getting ready to meet this company in small claims court. My dad will caugh the pneumonia. I have a trip today. Leaving my oven to heat my house shouldn't be happening. My house caught on fire my dad can't get out of the house. I'm very disgusted with this company. I have a 71 year old father this is bs, which is incompetency(wet the bed) bedridden. 32 inside... Temperature 51 out.
