Our team here at 2G build all jobs to state and local codes. All of our crew members have completed extensive training in order to insure we do quality work. We use the best materials from the most reputable companies. Most importantly our crew cares about doing the job right. We have invested in technology to allow us to go paperless. From the inspection to the build and contract everything we do will be done on the iPad and you the homeowner will receive a copy of all pertinent information via email in real time.

Keeping the Homeowner Informed

At 2G we believe that the biggest issue in working with a contractor is being informed all the way in the process. We have checklists in place to insure that you are informed. For each inspection that we do we insure that you receive all correspondence between us and the adjuster as well as a detailed email with our inspection results. Once the job is scheduled we insure that you have a timeline set and any changes to that timeline due to weather will be relayed to you within 48 hours to make sure you can plan accordingly.

Licensed Insured and Bonded

It is critically important to make sure the contractor you use has been properly licensed and insured. 2G has full insurance coverage available during the inspection as well as our insurance bond. We are also licensed as a general contractor and we carry a roofing license in the state of Illinois.

In addition here at 2G we strive to dump the material from the job in a shingle recycle facility when available.
