Work Description: Furnace install
Comments: Fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs!Despite having a 24/7 service line they rarely pick up even during business hours. They skipped our installation window and after calling 3 times during the window they never answered. Finally after the window ended they claimed we never confirmed so they didn't show.
When we were finally able to reschedule. Part of the installation charges were a fee for acquiring a permit to install a new furnace. After we found the company never contacted the village to acquire a permit. In addition they did not install to code as they had no shut offs. We had to have another company come fix their mistakes.
After calling multiple times we resorted to sending a certified letter to the address listed, but was returned. Look up on Google maps and you will see some apartment complex.
This company is fraudulent and their behavior is deplorable. Take you money anywhere else.

Work Description: replace old big furnace , and some duct modification.
Comments: i am very satisfied with the technicians,they really listen to my concerns and spectates about my new furnace , the work was done on agreement with my spectates , and from start to finish l was dealing with the same technician, no sales person in between , he delivered what he promised , and while he was in my house working , him and his boss behave very professionally, the job was not rush and after they finish the installation they double check their work , then they have me check for my own satisfaction of a job well done, at the end they explain a little bit about the air filter and how to maintain it , and thermostat set up, also with the installation l get my first year cleaning and inspection service for free.l am very satisfied with the work done and with the techs.-
