Comments: Luis and his staff did an excellent job. They were professional, and cleaned up daily so I could live in my home during renovationThey painted my walls, ceiling, window casings and doors and I am thrilled with the results. He also removed my backsplash and replaced.
I have used him in the past and I will contunue to use him.

Work Description: remodel a garage, repair drywall, door frame, paint wall, ceiling and floors.
Comments: I found Z-painting and drywall by accident on the internet. Luis did superb work in my garage. This project went so smooth. He was VERY professional from the time he arrived to give me a quote to the end. There was absolutely no pressure, he was there when he said, he was done when he said and he communicated with me everyday. There were no surprises, except the surprise of how beautiful the work is. He did more than expected, he gave me suggestions, and he dressed up every nook and cranny of my garage. Luis and his assistant were extremely polite and courteous, they were on time EVERY day, he was super clean. They left behind a sparkling clean, expertly finished garage. Luis and his assistant were extremely punctual, and did great work. Luis is lucky to have such a reliable assistant to round out such a professional operation. I would check with Luis again for anything to see if he could do the work first before I use anyone else.Harvey LA

Work Description: They scraped the popcorn ceiling and painted also they installed a surround wall with bath tub. I also had them repair some wood work on the outside and paint all of the outside.

Added new light fixture in closet with light switch
Replace light fixture in bathroom
Wired bathroom GFI outlet to be hot-not switched
Repaired bottom of kitchen cabinet
Fixed several doors so that they latch properly
Installed new one piece elongated toilet

Gave him a key to my condo and he and his crew worked 4 - 9 hour days to get the job done by Friday as requested
