Comments: Dominick of XTReme Lawns & Landscapes had lots of promises but no delivery. I made the mistake of paying before totally done. 6 times he said my personal promise and one excuse after another. Grass seaded part of the job left drainage for future erosion. I do not recommend.Grant Park IL

Comments: He took material from a small business on agreement to pay for it when he finished the job. We operate on handshake deals and tried to help him out. He immediately blocked all our phone numbers and when he finally answered a call, pretended it wasn't him.Upon talking to others and seeing his reviews, do not hand this guy money.

Work Description: lawn repair and sod
Comments: This company seemed great at first but they did not follow through on their work. I had to text and call to get them to come back and check on things. About half the grass seed they planted resulted in grass -- much was just weeds, especially the lawn blanket. The sod they put in was low quality and died. They started the work for me in April and I still have large bare spots in my yard, had to pull out the sod and re-sod myself. Communication with me was poor. I was told I would receive a refund on the sod, but none came.El Paso IL

Comments: This contractor failed to finish the job even though he received full payment. Took a tree down but did not remove it. We are left with a 30 inch plus trunk 20 feet long in our yard. We made several attempts to reach him, He promised to return on specific dates but failed to show. Now he has stopped replying. Last appearance was over a month ago.Paxton IL
