Work Description: Retaining wall along side pole barn.

Comments: July 20 2020 , we were given appointment time for job estimate. He never showed. Got it rescheduled to july 23, 2020. Wyatt looked at job and also checked with neighbor about a tree trimming job. Promised estimate by later that evening. We have called several times requesting estimate and asking if he even wanted to do the 2 jobs. Neither my neighbor or I have received a reply and this is july 29, 2020. Would not recommend this company. very frustrating

Work Description: Landscape Design/Install

Comments: Prior to providing a quote, I was requested to take pictures to submit, no site visit took place by the contractor. The job was rescheduled at least three times and then I was told I would be fit in when other projects were completed. The response to one inquiry about rescheduling and an apparent lack of urgency on the part of the contractor; was "I didn't realize getting mulch installed was an emergency". I cancelled the agreement and have hired another contractor.

Comments: Had an appointment - Wyatt was a no show no call.
Sandra - I contacted you the day of our scheduled estimate and gave you the details as to why I wasn't able to make the appointment, and you readily agreed to reschedule for the next day at 5:00 PM. I came to your house the next day and did your estimate which you said you were in no hurry to receive and to get it to you by the end of this week. I would hope that you would adjust your ratings accordingly.
