Comments: July 20 2020 , we were given appointment time for job estimate. He never showed. Got it rescheduled to july 23, 2020. Wyatt looked at job and also checked with neighbor about a tree trimming job. Promised estimate by later that evening. We have called several times requesting estimate and asking if he even wanted to do the 2 jobs. Neither my neighbor or I have received a reply and this is july 29, 2020. Would not recommend this company. very frustrating

Comments: Prior to providing a quote, I was requested to take pictures to submit, no site visit took place by the contractor. The job was rescheduled at least three times and then I was told I would be fit in when other projects were completed. The response to one inquiry about rescheduling and an apparent lack of urgency on the part of the contractor; was "I didn't realize getting mulch installed was an emergency". I cancelled the agreement and have hired another contractor.New Hudson MI
