Work Description: Switches/Outlets/Fixtures - Install
Comments: We are still waiting for an appointment. I had left messages with him but no response The last time I contacted you he phoned right away and made an appointment but had to cancel for he had an emergency call. We would very much like to have an appointment set and would like to hear from him. I would like to change the rating once we get the work done. He had done work for us before and did an outstanding job but I am unable to rate him well until we get the work done. Thank youMarion NY

Work Description: Switches/Outlets/Fixtures - Repair
Comments: Tree fell and took down 2 electric poles and our wires on our property. NYSEG cut power due to downed wires. Steve Wren was responsive to our electrical emergency. He came out on a weekend and was on the job first thing Monday morning. He delivered as promised. Couldn't be more satisfied.-
