Work Description: Interior painting.

Comments: Mr. Lewis came across as a professional painter and handyman. But, his attitude changed.
As he started the patching of the drywall I noticed that it was not done correctly and he did not properly set the interior with material to cover any exposed furnishings. Causing the paint particles to adhere to a lot of items. At that point, I fired him and his crew the next day and took a loss.

I just wish when the answering services that took my information they would have given me the choice to review this website first. This would have given me a better outlook to choose the right person with the right coalification to handle the size home that I have.

Work Description: two story exterior plus trim

Comments: Terrell was great at first. Very nice and prompt to give us a quote. He gave us a wonderful quote, however, that should have been a red flag. Terrell and his son were sloppy, left our yard a complete mess, would forget to bring a ladder (what painter doesn't bring a ladder???) dripped pain everywhere, and then when asked to clean it up, told my husband he was "being picky and stop trippin'." He missed many spots and didn't protect our doors or deck from splatter. He told us that the job would take 4-5 days, however, we are now waiting for him to finish three weeks later, somewhat due to 4 days of rain, but he could have finished earlier had he come to our home every day it was sunny.
There were several areas that needed his attention, however, we made the fatal mistake of paying him when we thought he was done. That was our fault completely, but his for not being a professional and completing the job with integrity.
