Work Description: Drain Clog/Blockage - Clear
Comments: Spoke to him over the phone. I explained to him that my toilet was having trouble flushing and when I used the plunger, I noticed water coming up though the shower drain. He said that I had a serious problem which would warrent rottering all the way into the main sewar pipe of the house into the basement. Big job and it would cost $375. When he finally arrived about an hour late because he took down my address wrong and got lost, he used a snake contraption attached to a drill. When he deployed this snake, all this rusty garbage fell all over my bathroom floor and all over the toilet making a big mess. It turned out that steel wool was stuck in the toilet pipe and it took him less than 5 mins to find it and remove it. He wanted me to pay him the $375. I said that this was not the big job he misdiagnosed and that I did not think I should pay that much. He insisted that this was his charge. So, I paid him. He left without making an effort to clean up the mess he made. I do not think that he is even a real plumber. I do not recommend this guy. He used a worst case scenario to quote such big charge, which he probably knew was not even the real problem. Yet, he overcharged for a minor fix. He justified this by telling me that he came late at night, as though it was my fault that he got lost.-
