Work Description: Ceiling had a leak with lot of stains the ceiling split due to leak He told me he will have to replace the Sheetrock and tape the seams and spray the texture and repaint the entire ceiling
Comments: He did not replace Sheetrock he screwed old Sheetrock and tape the seam and rebuild. It turn out to be terrible painted several times the area of repair he wanted the money before the job is done once paid does not come by to fix itI don’t think he ever did this kind of repair work
