Comments: Please beware if using Western Cedar Landscaping. Ryan did a patio addition Sept 2018 and I paid over $6,000 for the job. He used cheap roofing and it leaked from day one. After months of texts, phone calls and emails, he agreed to purchase new roofing materials and pay labor for a roofer to complete the job. He delivered the roofing materials, As per our agreement, I hired a contractor to re-do the roof and paid him $1,000.00. I have tried and tried to contact Ryan for reimbursement and he avoids the emails, phone calls and texts! I even said I would split and pay half. Still trying to collect $500.00. Comments: This is the same crook that defrauded me out of 15k last year. He has regrouped and now has new clients to defraud. If you look up Western Cedar Landscaping Kissimmed you will find he is not accredited. Beware of this guy he is a total fraud. He steals pictures off the internet and says it's his work.-
