Comments: Marcus, the owner, was very responsive to initial request. Came by the same afternoon and gave me a quote. Lead tech, Al, who did the install assisted by Josh, worked diligently to get everything finished in a promised six-hour window. Unfortunately, it was a rainy, muggy day, so they didn't have the best weather to get the job done, but they worked hard to get the job done despite the elements. New thermostat proved to be faulty, so Marcus was back the next day to install/program new thermostats, UV light, and deliver additional filters. With 35 years of experience Marcus knows the AC business. My new AC system is much quieter and hopefully will result in a reduced electric bill, too.
