Comments: Vanessa Gongora Cruz & Brian Cruz are absolute crooks! I don’t even know where to start but I see they used the “pandemic” as an excuse in a comment down below but dang, a 2 year long excuse? We Go The Extra Mile to rip people off & I guarantee the comments from “Bob” with 5 stars are probably Vanessa sending messages from her broke down clothes business (Bellas Closet). Oh & she has the gall to have a LinkedIn account as a Business Owner/Executive Assistant that is working on preparing a better version of herself. THAT can definitely be done by not ripping people off. I should have followed my instincts & done my due diligence better but my Mom said,”Brian seemed nice & trustworthy.” YEAH RIGHT! My patio 21 x 10 cedar was ONLY cedar because you had to be forced to actually buy cedar but otherwise it would have been trash like everything else. Over $6000 dollars & it’ll cost that much to tear it down & get it done professionally vs trusting a crook contractor & his wife. We Go The Extra Mile, Extra Mile Construction, Cruz Concrete & I’ll find them eventually but in the meantime, KARMA will catch up.Schertz TX

Comments: I called Brian from We Go Extra The Mile to do some repair work on a fence and wooden deck. They did an excellent job; were incredibly responsive and friendly. Brian was the 1st to provide an estimate that was fair. He was able to complete the job the following day and did exactly what he stated would be done for the price we agreed upon. Comments: We accepted We Go The Extra Mile's (Brian Cruz) bid on a fence project as the lowest bidder. Big mistake! We paid Brian $4000 for up-front materials cost. He dropped off approximately $750 in materials (the wrong materials for the job, we now know). His crews showed up occasionally, for about an hour or two a few days a week. We found beer cans around the yard and later learned that his crews were throwing rocks at our neighbor's house. The crew also dug in the neighbor's yard, after repeated instruction about the property line was provided directly to Brian (who was, as far as we could tell, never actually at the property). Brian then called and requested more money for materials; we let him know that we would purchase any additional materials needed, as we'd already started getting the sense that we'd just thrown away $4000. Shortly thereafter, Brian stopped communicating and no one came back. A few days later, an unknown number called us to say that Brian was in Mexico and that the caller was an acquaintance of Brian and would be coming out with a crew to work the next day. As we did not hire that individual, and we'd not seen evidence of a professional job, we asked the individual to instead have Brian call us. Of course he has not. We emailed once, called once (he likes to respond to these reviews that it's somehow the customer's fault) and he has never been in touch since. Also, be warned: it appears that there are several business names involved, and some appear to be in Brian's name and some in someone else's name. Do not give this individual money. Not only did he walk away with our money, but we had to pay a professional fencing company to undo all the shoddy work his crew did.New Braunfels TX

Comments: Rip off artists. Started work and prepped approx 10'x10' area and said they were coming back tomorrow with bobcat to finish digging out and laying rebar. They needed half the money to order concrete, Never saw or heard from them again.
