Work Description: Installed Kitchen sink faucet & garbage disposal
Comments: 1. I was pleased with Gerry's work. He was professional, efficient and timely.2. Just one concern: I needed a water valve replacement under my kitchen sink and he did not have the materials to replace it. I feel that we only treated my problem with a band aid remedy.
3. Lastly I will need someone to return to check my water pressure in my kithchen and upstairs bathroom.

Work Description: Water main break between meter and the house. Discovered it late Tusday night. Submitted for quotes about 8:30 Tuesday night. Received a call from Doug at WD Graves at about 9:30. He was on site at 8 AM, Wed. Morning for an estimate. Arranged miss utility and permits on wednesday and had crew here early Thursday morning. Laid all new copper line and values and had water back on by Thursday night. New line passed inspection Friday morning and trench was filled back in and job was done by Friday afternoon.
Comments: Job went better then I expected. There were a number of unexpected problems encountered, such as a large amount of rock, 30 year old tree in the path, and a major rain storm Thursday night. Doug and his crew worked through all that to make sure the line was in, passed inspection, and water was back working properly. All was done Friday and all finish work complete. Still have to wait a see over time and will need to do some spring yardwork and reseeding, but all together the job was done quite well and I do not antiscipate any further issues. I would reccommend WD Graves.
