Work Description: Kitchen renovation

Comments: He (chuck blazer) is not a licensed contractor after taking money for a job he never finished, we did some checking and found out he is not licensed and he is actually a convicted bank robber. He robbed 12 banks and did 20 years in prison. He is out on parole now pretending to be a contractor. BEWARE!!!
The company is fully licensed with both a general contractors license (CGC-1515808) and a roofing license (CCC-1328875). It's as simple as looking them up at http://www.myfloridalicense.com As far as the job never being finished, the homeowner kept changing the scope of work almost every day to the point where my sub-contractors were telling me they did not want to go back to the site. There was never going to be a happy customer here no matter what we would have done here or how well we did it. When a customer stops paying you, the work to be performed also has to change, hence their comment of us not finishing the job. They refused to continue to pay almost $5000 - what would anyone else have done in our shoes?
