Comments: Chad and team did a great job! Arrived on time and did not let icy road into neighborhood deter them. (They went and bought chains for their vans!) All provided competent, professional service and worked very well together as a team. No complaints about the mud conditions or my big barking dog! I recommend their service without hesitation. I ended up going with the York TM9Y based on Chad's recommendation. Immediately noticed how quietly and quickly it warmed my house. Too soon to comment on reliability, etc. but has a 10 yr parts and labor warranty and lifetime heater core, and the price was right.-
