Work Description: Patio and decorative cement border
Comments: I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company for cement work. While the price was very reasonable and they were pleasant, punctual, and worked hard, there was a pronounced lack of attention to detail. From the form that shifted prior to the pour that they didn't correct (resulting in the patio not aligning with the foundation of our house), to the crooked joint in the patio (by four inches, very noticeable), to the rough/unfinished patio texture, to the decorative borders varying in width by more than an inch (an obvious flaw), to several large gashes/impressions in the border wall, there were many issues with the work. When I set up an appointment for them to come back out to see the issues, they were a no-show. The work must probably now be completely redone, and I am out the cost of the work. I will be trying again with a more qualified cement contractor.Sun City AZ
