Work Description: Gutter extension project
Comments: Very disappointed!. Russell came to my house to provide a quote on small job. He required a cash deposit of $200 which I reluctantly paid to him. That was the last time I saw him. He was very convincing and confident in his approach. The next day, he advised that he had the gutter extension, then didn't show to install it and claimed that it wouldn't work. He then proposed to make his own out of coil stock but doesn't have a break, he said he would break it himself. I didn't approve that and then he said he would buy it from a dept store. Realizing this was a bad move I asked to cancel the job and get my money back. He said sure and that he would drop the cash off on two separate evenings, both no shows and, no calls both times, now he doesn't return calls or messages. I lost $200 cash to him and now believe he has no intentions of returning my $200 cash. We are very disappointed and are out the $200 cash he took from us. He simply does not respond. Not what we expected at all after trusting him with our money.Titusville FL

Work Description: Russell remodeled the exterior of our home. He built columns, arches, a fake wall, installed hurricane windows, removed cedar boards, installed vinyl soffits, new fascia boards and wrapped them with vinyl, and wrapped the house with Tyvek for stucco in preparation for the stuccoing.
Comments: We could not be happier with the job Russell did. He made some excellent suggestions to improve our ideas and saved us money with his suggestions on materials. He is a knowledgeable and skillful craftsman. He is a pleasure to work with, and he did all that he could to make sure we were totally satisfied with his work. Work Description: Installing Christmas lights, putting Nativity scene together and some minor repairs to Christmas decorations. While on the roof, Johnny found some loose shingles and minor issues on the roof most likely from hurricane. He went ahead and repaired all roof issues.
Comments: Austin did the Nativity scene and minor repairs and Johnny did lights. Most polite and efficient gentlemen. Am so happy and lucky to have found qualified workers who are willing to the small projects as well as large. Will hire again. Highly recommend.Rockledge FL
