Work Description: I hired USA Roofing to replace the top on a pipe on my roof.
Comments: They were very unprofessional, unreliable and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. They did a horrible job on the pipe. They nailed a piece of aluminium on top of the already rusted base. It blew off and they came out and screwed the aluminium back on. The owner knew how upset I was with the workmanship. He didn't care. Never answered emails, phone calls or texts. Bruce from Networx has been trying to get my money back. The owner agreed and said he sent it twice. I have never received it and he is now ignoring Bruce. Don't waste your time with this company. I have reported them to the BBB!-
