Comments: None of the above actually did the work, but I appreciated someone named Tommy who called almost immediately upon receiving my call. I felt panicked at that early moment but I didn't hear the next day until much later. Meanwhile Nathan Shin (?) from ABC (screen will not back up, but I think that was the company) called and came out the next day. I ended up using the company that had put the roof on 15 years ago but I really appreciated those two people getting in touch with me.Alexandria VA

Work Description: They put us a new roof, windows, sidings, and inside our home completely remodeled two bathrooms.
Comments: They are hard workers, very polite and their quality is exceptional. We are really happy with their work and will use them again on any other projects that we need in the future.

Work Description: Shoveled snow off roof to address roof leak, cleared massive ice dams in gutter, fixed exterior window frames.
Comments: Excellent, thorough work. We emailed a repair request through Networx in the evening, and received a response from USA Homes Construction that night. They came out the following day to begin their work. Finished in a timely fashion. All staff were pleasant, responsive, and highly competent.
