We completed the local treatment portion of the project and everything went according to plan the termites are now eradicated and the house is termite free we are returning tomorrow to do the wood damage repair shown in the pictures hopefully an update of the pictures will be following our work and our quality and craftsmanship always speaks for itself. This review is not an accurate review of our performance, however we kindly accept any review based solely on opinions, after speaking with Susan Lowder, and having a excellent conversation, I was excited to meet her in person and perform the free inspection on her property, I confirmed her address, her name, her phone number, and even her email, before going out to the property, then the day of the inspection came, we called to verify as we said we would 30 minutes prior to arrival and we received no answer! We proceeded to the property to see if anybody was home and if we would be able to perform our inspection, we approach the property and rang the doorbell with our business card out in our hand and a smile on our face, we were greeted at the door by a male who explained that “nobody ordered an inspection” and “nobody was supposed to be at the property”. We confirmed the name on our registry and the address that we had on Cranbrook Drive in the city of Long Beach and asked if he was Mr. Lowder, he confirmed he was the gentleman in question, however he refused to let anybody perform an inspection and demanded that we “get off his property” we were quite shocked that we had this type of reaction and we promptly left and got back to our vehicle, we tried calling the number again afterwards to find out if maybe there was some type of mixup but again we got no answer whatsoever, we then decided to request a review of our business based off of our 30 minute heads up phone call prior to arrival and our timing and arrival quality, we were rated with a three star review and no explanation, we were not able to do any inspection on the property whatsoever nor were we able to perform any work on the property whatsoever, this review does not describe our work ethic our work quality our high standards and our professionalism. Had they let us perform the inspection they would have seen the quality and the time and care that we put into every property we inspect, it is too bad that we were left a three star review for showing up to the property on time. For any other companies that may read this review or have work requested by these people please be cautious as they could potentially waste your time and your money by making a trip to their house and leaving you a poor review for trying to earn an honest buck.
