Work Description: Basement drain
Comments: Not a fake review as the owner wants to state. Pathetic! Extremely unprofessional and threatening! They used less expensive materials in our basement than what we agreed to in the contract and they broke our pet fence. The Sales Rep felt updating the proposal AFTER completion would take care of things. When I asked to speak to someone else, the operations mgr came to the house ready to argue with me. He yelled and belittled me. Eventually threatening us until we called the police!
