Comments: If I could give negative stars I would. Not only does the owner not complete his work, it isn't even guaranteed. He was supposed to have fixed my ac and now BOTH units aren't working. Told him that he needed to come check it, and he said it isn't his work it's something else wrong. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE YET TO COME LOOK AT THE UNIT THAT YOU JUST REPAIRED!!!!RUN don't walk...he has POOR customer service and I will not rest until I write a terrible review on every site I ever come in contact with until he learns God-given humility and runs his business like he has a conscience!!!! He even told my husband to install one of the thermostats and HE CHARGED MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE FOR THE INSTALLATION!!!! He installed a new part only to take it back out of the unit once he thought my mother walked away. She only found that out by walking up on him. Did he charge our policy for the new part? Is that the part that has our home at 85° RIGHT NOW?!
He has a very nasty, arrogant, and condescending demeanor... customer service makes a business and if this is how he runs his---I will pray he won't be around much longer!
