We are certified with the Department of Energy PACE program sponsored by the state of California and your local county. The PACE program is helping homeowners upgrade their home with energy efficient construction projects to save money on their energy bills. PACE puts all the money up-front with no down payment for you to complete the project and gives you payment options stretched out between 5-20 years. Your first payment for the project will not be needed until 12 to 18 months after the project is completed.

PACE stands for - Property Assessed Clean Energy. What this means is that you can have an energy efficient construction project to upgrade your home today such as roofs, windows, landscaping, solar and more. There are many home upgrades that are covered under the program.
