Comments: The Rob's reviews are 100% correct. I wish I had seen them before I hired him/this company.While I believe that the "intentions" were not malicious at first, it quickly became obvious that Toumafi and his company are not trustworthy. He shared images of his work that we later discovered on pinterest and verified that it was not his work. He has not completed the wall that we paid for, and with a change in the wall design, he agreed to return a portion of the money that we had already paid him. He has not returned the money. He will not respond to texts, emails, phone calls, or certified letters. All I want at this point is the money that he legally owes me.
There does not appear to be a way to post pictures of the wall he claims is finished when he was questioned by a detective from our local police force; please trust this review when I say it is incomplete per the contract. The wall is partially colored, texture is incomplete and spotty, the sides are missing all of the backfill dirt, the top of the wall is not shaped/level/straight, behind the wall is missing any drainage system, concrete chunks are all over the backyard (once a yard, now a dirt and rock pile that he left behind). I was perfectly accepting of the fact that he was not going to finish IF he was willing to return the money he agreed to pay us. Not only did he not finish the wall, he didn't clean up his mess.
Additionally, he and his crew were inconsiderate of my property and I have over a thousand dollars in damages that I now need to have repaired. I only wish I had seen these reviews before I gave him any money or even allowed him to come to give me a quote. At one point, he was very rude to my wife when we questioned the look of the wall with his crew (only because he wasn't answering his phone or replying to our texts). To top it all off, we were quoted 5 days or work (start to finish) for not just the wall, but a large patio and a driveway. It was 50 days before he walked away, leaving an incomplete wall and piles of dirt in our front yard - not having touched the other parts of the project. We went days at a time where nobody would show up on our property to do any work. I don't know all the reasons, and frankly, they do not matter. I do not understand how a "company" can operate this way and not be subject to high fines, and potentially jail time. Stealing is a crime, and walking away with money without providing what is contractually owed will be enforced at some point - it is just incredibly inconvenient for the person "wronged" to get it.
Absolutely unexpected and the worst experience I could have imagined having.
Stay away - this is basically theft and I consider myself a victim of a malicious act to take my money in exchange for false promises of service and product.
For those looking at alternatives, All Star Concrete is the same owner as Star Lake Construction and simply because of his involvement I would strongly urge you to find another contractor. This one does not care about your property, the project, or your needs as a customer.

Work Description: Low was such a nice guy. T&S Construction did all of my work for a reasonable price and Quality work. They poured my basement floor, 3 car garage, 3 car driveway, patio, side walk and built my 540 ft block wall. I would recommend them to anyone.
