Work Description: Roof, has not started it and will not contact me
Comments: Ryan Fries of True Blue Roofing, Please refund my $9,076 dollars.6/16/21 Ryan sent me an email stating encouraging me to make an insurance claim on my roof and that he would do a pre-assessment to provide to my insurance company.
7/8/21 Insurance adjuster inspected my roof.
7/30/21 Signed contract with Ryan Fries/True Blue Roofing and Remodeling, stating the roof would be done by the end of August. Wrote Ryan two checks totaling $9,076 as a down payment on my roof.
10/21/21 Last communication with Ryan. He said he would be here on Monday, 10/25 to finish other work and start my roof. Ryan did not show up on 10/25 and he has not communicated with me since the 21st.
As of 11/23/21, Ryan has not done any work on my roof, nor has he communicated with me.
