Review Me

Overall

Work Description: point patio, irrigation, mulch

Comments: Pointing not done completely or well. Left leaves in cracks and poured sand over them. Missed many places, and what they did do, managed to come out with the first and subsequent rains. Lied to me about different things. Pictures show the end results. What 75% of what my patio looked like 2 weeks after they finished. I had paid half up front and Michelle billed me the same day for the other half. I told her about the unfinished job and later got a bill and a threat of court action. I told her that Richard should come out and check it out. He never did and I never paid the second half nor did I hear from them again. They never let me know when they were coming, so some of the jobs were done while I was not at home. The tips of the irrigation tubes to my potted plants were put on backwards and I had to hire someone else to find out why my plants were not thriving. The shredded hardwood mulch I wanted turned out to be ground up pine that looked like pepper. I had to replace that myself. Richard said he wanted to turn the company over to the son, but with the son's attitude and cutting corners, that would never go. I've never had such shoddy work done in my like. And like I said, it's really easy to build up a trust with Richard but he certainly let me down. I paid a total of $1130.81 for these poor jobs. The pic of the irrigation tips are after another person put them on correctly. The pics of the patio look like about 75% of my patio after they were done. The mulch pic shows the ground up pine.
