Comments: All promises, no work and the little bit they started they left laying for two months. Excuse after excuse! Finally had to hire someone else tocomplete the job. They refused to refund any of the $4000.00 deposit.
Beware of anything they say and watch your money!

Work Description: landscaping work
Comments: I have hired the company to perform landscaping including grass seeding work and payed $1500 upfront. The company tried to do the work twice but both times grass either did not grow or grew with so much weed that they had to kill it again. Overall communication and planning was not up to par or was not there at all. I had to initiate all conversations. I have asked them to return the money after a no show in May-June where they were supposed to start at late April. They finally started the project with almost two months of delay constantly making an excuse to a poor weather. If the absence of poor communication and planning in the beginning was inconvenient at some point it become dangerous for the health of my family members as they would spread herbicides without letting anybody know about. The last time I have met with Sly (the project manager) he promised to handle the situation and even spread the herbicide the second time to kill the grass and weeds. However after that, almost for a month I cannot get hold of anybody and they refuse to finish the work. According to the contract we have 5 years of labor warranty and 1 year on Soundscape materials
