Comments: Only showed up on time the to do estimation. Late every day to do work. Not competent to do work without father in law. Did not finished work and requested to get paid balance with promise to return. Make excuses. Not a man of his word or a person of integrity. I would not hire again not refer.UPDATE
Roy is very incompetent and left simple jobs unfinished. Not trust worthy. Beware. Going to cost me more because I must not hire someone who actually knows how to do the work.
