Work Description: Electrical Panel Upgrade
Comments: Nice guy but moves to fast. He charged me too much tax first off and then he charged me for something that had not been done yet. He then sent back his employee to do the job that I hired him to personally do as a Master Electrician. The work was done by the next evening but I had to keep calling him to follow up. Sebastian the employee was great! He talk through his work so I was aware of what he was doing. He returned the bulbs that I purchased which were the wrong brand because I did a favor for him and returned the thermostat that Tom burned out. It was a tad bit frustrating. I respect Tom as he is quite knowledgeable but he is expensive and moves to quick when it comes to taking your money. I would not personally do business with him again.East Haven CT
