Work Description: Installing Fan Vent in the attic
Comments: Juan Torrez called within 15 minutes from the time I submitted my request. As promised, he was at the house. He even drove with me to go to Lowes to find the right vent.As promised he came back to the house the next day and finished installing the vent. This was a very small job but I have no hesitation recommending Juan.
He is on my list for few more tasks in very near future.
