Work Description: Installation of ceramic tile.
Comments: Numerous delays, many excuses, and it seemed very little to zero communication from David. We took a trip so he could get the project done while we were gone but got a last minute phone call that he wasn't coming that day. On one occasion we came home in the middle of the day to find no workers around but our back door literally wide open so bugs or people could come in as they pleased.In the end we have spent many hours cleaning up the huge mess. Our deck was trashed and we can't get the plaster off of the wood. It was painful to write the check given the hours ahead of us that we need to spend finishing the job that we paid someone else to do.

We were new to the process of tiling and he helped with all of our questions, concerns, and added great advice that I would not have even thought of.
