Work Description: Washing machine / Dryer repair
Comments: I had a broken washing machine and beeping noise on my dryer. Had them come out. The service guys worked on the appliances for 2 days and I paid the $600 that I was charged. About 6 days later the washer broke down, completely dead. After trying to call them for weeks and never getting a single response, my husband tried and spoke with Javonte, the owner. After many calls he agreed to fix the appliances again. He never came out and stopped receiving our calls. I had to buy a new washer and dryer and was out $600 to begin with. Do not use this company. I usually don't post reviews. but this one was a significant cost and deeply unsatisfied.Marietta GA

Work Description: appliance repair -dishwasher and ice maker
Comments: I had a broken dishwasher and low ouput ice maker. Had them come out. Replaced the motherboard for the dishwasher. took out the icemaker and tried to steam it. 5 days later the dishwasher did not work, completely dead. the icemaker still is not putting out ice and still have some parts that were not replaced when they put the icemaker back in. After trying to call them for weeks and never getting a single response, I posted a review. I got a response from Javonte who said that he would refund me all the charges. I have never received the charges. Not sure if he even knew who I was. But my dishwasher still is dead and I have not seen the refund. Do not use this company. I usually don't post reviews. but this one was a significant cost and deeply unsatisfied.Covington GA
